Product Description

1.Mainly used in the phosphate industry, electroplating, polishing industry, sugar refining industry, compound fertilizers, etc. In the food industry, it serves as an acidulant, yeast nutrient, etc.

2.Mainly used as a catalyst for the hydration of ethylene to produce ethanol, high-purity phosphates, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and chemical reagents.

3.Mainly used for the production of chemical fertilizers, detergents, food and feed additives, flame retardants, and various phosphates.

4.Commonly used as an analytical reagent.

5.Used in volumetric analysis, colorimetric analysis, etc.

6.In the production of silicon planar transistors and integrated circuits, aluminum film is generally used as electrode leads. Photolithography of the aluminum film is required, and phosphoric acid is used as an acidic cleaning etchant. It can be used in combination with acetic acid.

7.Can be used as an acidulant and yeast nutrient. It can be used as an acidulant in seasonings, canned foods, and refreshing beverages. It serves as a yeast nutrient source in winemaking to prevent the reproduction of miscellaneous bacteria.

9.Wet-process phosphoric acid is mainly used to manufacture various phosphates such as ammonium phosphate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, trisodium phosphate, and condensed phosphates. Refined phosphoric acid is used to produce dicalcium phosphate for feed. It is used for phosphating treatment of metal surfaces, and for preparing electrolytic polishing solutions and chemical polishing solutions for the polishing of aluminum products. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used to manufacture sodium glycerophosphate, iron phosphate, etc., and also to manufacture zinc phosphate as a dental filling adhesive. It is used as a catalyst for the condensation of phenolic resins and a desiccant in the production of dyes and intermediates. In the printing industry, it is used to prepare cleaning solutions for wiping off stains on offset color printing plates. It is also used to prepare matchstick impregnating solutions. In the metallurgical industry, it is used to produce phosphate refractory mortar to improve the service life of steelmaking furnaces. It is a coagulant for rubber paste and a raw material for the production of inorganic adhesives. In the coating industry, it is used as a metal antirust paint.

10.Used for the determination of chromium, nickel, and vanadium in steel, metal rust prevention, rubber coagulant, and the determination of non-protein nitrogen, total cholesterol, and whole blood glucose in serum, etc. Crystalline phosphoric acid is mainly used in the manufacturing processes of microelectronics, high-energy batteries, laser glass, etc., and as a high-purity catalyst and medical material.
