Physical & Chemical Properties	Soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol; aqueous solution is weakly alkaline. Decomposes to Na₂CO₃, CO₂ and H₂O when heated above 50°C. Relative density: 2.16 g/cm³.
Product Features	High purity, low heavy metals, good fluidity, fine particle size, stable performance; leavening, buffering, neutralizing, cleaning and whitening effects.
Main Applications	Food Industry: Leavening agent for bakery, biscuits, fried food; acidity regulator, softener for beverages.
